XepGUI 3.0 is a significant improvement from the original 1.1 version. I didn't change the screenshot, because it wouldn't run in DOSBox, and there isn't much change in the interface. The GUI has graphics and its own graphics format (BGI). BMPs can become converted to this format for use, but I have never seen this being used. The GUI still remains to be its stable kernel with object-oriented-like features and easy coding for programmers. I'd recommend this as a download since it uses SVGA which gives it such neat graphics.
