NewOS is a simple text-mode-style GUI. I didn't get it to run successfully, but I got the script interpreter to run, which is running a file-exploring window below. The scripting language is called MRF-Script, and it is a little hard, but I think it was meant to seem like a UNIX-type GUI. This is in German too, so some messages might be hard to read.
