Flowers OS is a French GUI with some interesting programs and features. It looks like a Linux environment since it has the toolbar on the top. The GUI is pretty neat since it has some useful code and interesting routines. I found this GUI in a forum, surprisingly, so this is a rare GUI. It works well and nicely, and it is very neat. If it were in English, it could be more popular.
