CycloNe 2.5 is really, REALLY GREAT!!!! This GUI has really come a long way, and it is doing so well with graphics, controls, windows, and more! Personally, I am part of the development team for "Pheonix", a GUI by Fun550, so I know how hard it is to write a GUI. If someone made this look more like Windows and gave me a copy, I probably couldn't tell the difference between this and a copy of Windows. This GUI is doing really well so far, and I hope it still stays in development.
