I haven't been able to understand what this program does, but it has a great interface! This isn't Windows, this is QBasic!!! The GUI has many controls that function and perform perfectly as in Windows 95. This looks a lot like Windose 5.4, but this is a different author. The windows in this can't be dragged sadly either. Surprisingly, this is in German as Windose is. And because it is in German, I don't know what it does. This is still neat to download.
