This is a preliminary demo to show what 9OS GUI 1.0 will look like. There's no text routine except for coordinate-based "PRINT" and "LOCATE" commands to print text on the underlying 80x24 character screen. The GUI is pretty limited because it is a demo. The GUI has a menu similar to the "start menu" in Windows that is activated when the button is pressed in the bottom-left corner of the screen. This menu is just text and doesn't have any functionality. The "System" icon activates a window (shown below) which sadly can't be dragged. The button in the bottom-right corner closes the GUI just the same as pressing the Escape key.
