WinModern 0.11 is looking really good! It has quite a few controls in it, a start menu, some programs, and more. This GUI is still in German, but it isn't hard to figure out. Some words are in English, but most of it is in German. This is a little on the slow side, but on P-3 or P-4 processors, this is pretty fast. I especially like the shadow from the windows. This is worth a download.
