A SECRET: "FLA" in "AlfaFLA" means Future.Library Addition.
AlfaFLA 3.0 is similar to AlfaOE. Hmmm.... it said there was supposed to be source code, but I didn't find any. This is actually better than AlfaOE, since it has a desktop with icons, though inactive, and a couple extra programs. The GUI is called an OS, though I doubt it, but in some terms, it does look like a nice operating environment. It still requires a DOS environment.
