EnSpireMe is a very neat GUI for QBasic. It is open source, but the GUI requires QuickBasic 4.5 in its directory, "C:\enspire\cclone\". The GUI has a scripting engine built into it called "Real Script". The syntax in Real Script is simple and easy. It has some interesting features, but it still lacks the full features of a programming language. However, I have to say that it is a good start. The GUI is still incomplete since it has many features missing, but it is a great start!
A SECRET: This GUI is one of the few GUIs to utilize dithering techniques.
A SECRET: In the Control Panel, one of the letters "Z,X,C,V,B,N,M" activates an easter egg!
