De ja vu? This is a REALLY OLD version of Costa! In version 0.0.1, all of the features are just a nice little message, a menu with the option of running a program or going to the DOS shell, and that's it. There are no configurable options, nothing. There is, however, a setup program to install Costa, but that isn't exactly the best. I'd suggest checking out newer versions reviewed on this site to see how this GUI has evolved.
