Not to be confused with the other DOS '97 GUI reviewed on this site, DOS-97 is a straightforward simple GUI that could prove to be useful for some DOS PC users. The GUI is basically a program which lets the user decide how many buttons he/she would like on a menu. The buttons are limited to how many features can be performed, but they could come in handy for some people. It's similar in nature to the "Menu" and "Menu 2.0" GUIs that provide functionality for running programs.
