Windows 3.9? Looks a little boring. The GUI is actually a TUI submitted to me, so I decided to review it. What can I say? This TUI doesn't really work well. Clicking on some of the text (acting like buttons) opens a text-style window (as seen below) but they're not draggable, not fully-functional, and some buttons don't work. The screen saver also gets annoying. It's pretty basic, but this guy might have just been starting out.
