NOTE: For the weary programmer, the way to exit out of Viper is to press the letter "Q" (refer to the readme).

Viper is a neat GUI that somewhat resembles Rush, another GUI that was made in 1999/2000. Viper uses transparency to display icons, used from a Linux WM theme/icon-set. Viper includes a manual with an SDK (the "GUI Library L") for people who wish to make apps for Viper. It is a little on the pokey side at times but overall its a nice GUI with a couple simple applications.
