This is not very advanced or useful unless you want to play a prank on someone. It simply displays a window that tells you a virus will be run on your computer and tries to force you to click the "OK" button. When you move your cursor over "Cancel" the window shifts around. I got so bored one time that I actually managed to click the "Cancel" button which did nothing unfortunately.
Overall this is a simple GUI of a virus prank. It does absolutely no damage whatsoever, except waste power from your computer (and maybe your time) running it for however long.
