3D-SCREEN is a neat GUI that looks very promising. The code is pretty well-written, and the GUI itself is easy and nice to use. The windows cannot be dragged or minimized, but overall it's very useful. It has a neat way of implementing 256 colors into a 16-color environment (SCREEN 12) by manipulating the palette values of the 16 color codes using some interrupts.
