WinDOS is more of a GUI file manager for DOS. It beats DOS Shell by a lot since DOS Shell has to build a directory tree file everytime it's run which, I remind you, takes a long time. WinDOS is quick and speedy. I ran this version on my old 386 with DOS 5.0, and it worked smoothly.
