Sorry, it's not the Windows Source Code, but rather the code to the long sought-after Cardinal III! This is a demo with MANY ERRORS, so expect this to crash. The author said this was halted due to the popularity of "Inspiration" and "Contact" (reference website). He said that he would start Cardinal III later. The demo includes only this drawing program and a couple unfinished programs that don't work. The program just barely functions in this, but people can work on the code or get routines from this and use them.
