CDOS (Collin Donnell OS) is a neat GUI that is basically a menu and two windows. The windows are just windows with text in them, and nothing more. The menu is a little interesting. CDOS has its own BASIC-like script interpreter. It is rather simple but pretty interesting to use.

A SECRET: I heard the author talk about how he wanted to make CDOS v2.0, but he never released a copy or gave anymore news since Y2K.
