NanOS is a neat GUI for DOS which is in German, but it still has a unique style. All programs mimic the desktop and some of them don't work correctly. There isn't much interesting in NanOS since it is in German, and I don't know German. There are actually a couple neat programs for DOS and NanOS in there, so this is worth a try.
